Positions are open to UTeach students of all majors!
Fall & Spring Positions: 5-20 hours
Summer Positions: Full-time only. All summer positions require a few hours of training in the spring. Fall and Spring Interns have priority placements.
In order to be eligible for any position, you must have a minimum GPA of 2.6 be currently enrolled as a student at UT, and be dependable.

UTeach Outreach Course Undergraduate Teaching Assistant (6-20 hours) - improve your presentation, teaching and organization skills.
After-School Progam Club Leader (5-20 hours) - improve your presentation, teaching, teamwork, classroom management and student relationship skills
Engineering and Physics Curriculum Development Team (5-10 hours) - improve your lesson plan development and teaching skills. Some travel to nearby schools required to implement / test lessons in the UTeach Outreach Science Olympiad Programs You can arrange a carpool.
Computer Science Curriculum Development Team (5-10 hours) - improve your lesson plan development and teaching skills
Mathematics Solutions Team (5-10 hours) - improve your lesson plan development and teaching skills. You will work some hours at UT in Painter Hall with the team and some at schools that have UTeach Outreach UT PREP students to implement solutions. See UT PREP summer camps tab on this website for more info about that program.
Mathematical Problem Solving intern (Algebra to Pre-Calculus)
Computer Science intern
Physics intern (must have made an A in a semester of college physics or placed out of it)
Algebraic Structures intern
Statistics intern (must have taken at least 1 semester of college statistics including "R" programming and made an A)
Research Methods intern (must have made an A in Research Methods or equivalent lab course)
Social Media intern (experience or a portfolio required)
College & Career Readiness intern (mentoring campers for college success and leading tours)
Social Work Assistant
Assistant Program Coordinator (help manage the day-to-day operations of the program)
